E-verify

The Arizona Legal Workers Act requires that employers verify the work eligibility of all Arizona workers through the E-Verify system or face possible suspension or loss of business license.  Several other states have passed similar legislation.  If you are not currently using E-Verify, we can help you get compliant and avoid the potential penalties.

     •Follow up on all discrepancies in a timely manner to comply with federal deadlines
     •Consult with your employees when they have questions
     •Audit your I-9's and employee files
